Grantee Resources

All Blue Shield of California Foundation grantees are required to submit periodic progress reports, called "impact reports" to the Foundation. Impact reports are completed using our online system, and are typically due every six months. A final impact report detailing project outcomes is due at the conclusion of each grant.

During the reporting process, grantees are asked to comment on their progress towards meeting approved project objectives. Failure to submit a complete grant report by the scheduled due date may result in termination of the grant.

If you are a current Foundation grantee and would like to access your impact report for completion, you may login to our online system with the email address and password as assigned in your grant contract. Additional steps follow which will assist you in accessing and completing your scheduled impact report.

Step 1: Once you have successfully logged in, to our system you will be taken to the Welcome Page.

Near the bottom of the Welcome Page, you will see a section entitled "Impact Reports Requiring Action". For each project that has an impact report due, you will see a list of the Impact Report(s)Due. Click the word 'Due' to the left of the Impact Report you wish to complete, as per the example below.

Step 2: After clicking 'Due', you will have the opportunity to review and update both your individual and organizational contact information, review information relating to your grant award, and review and complete the report. There is a navigation bar placed at the top of each screen to allow for easily toggling between sections.

Step 3: Once you have completed your report, click the "Submit" button. You will receive a system-generated email confirming that your report has been received. A Foundation staff member will follow-up with you if any additional information is required.

Step 4: If you would like to view a report that has already been submitted, you may do so by logging in to our online system with the email address and password assigned to you in your grant contract (as outlined above). To view your completed report(s), simply click the "View" link to the left of the report you wish to view.
