To conduct a survey of the low-income population in California, to be fielded in conjunction with a parallel national survey, that will provide timely data to inform whether and how the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (ACA) is affecting health coverage, healthcare access, and the financial security of low- and moderate-income individuals.
