California State University, Sacramento College of Continuing Education and California Health and Human Services will develop and deliver a day-long program that showcases and reviews exciting state and local innovations that support Let's Get Healthy California and to provide a forum for innovators to learn from and connect with each other to accelerate the scaling and spreading of innovative programs across the state.
