To deliver an enhanced Cohort IV of the Blue Shield Against Violence (BSAV) Leadership Development Program (LDP) for 20 leaders of California domestic violence (DV) service organizations, elevate Cohorts I, II, and III alumni activity, and support sustainability of field leadership at the close of the Strong Field Project (SFP).
