Grant description
To convene key stakeholders--including advocates, the state, the counties, the California State Association of Counties (CSAC), California Welfare Director's Association (CWDA), and Covered California -- to engage in policy advocacy to maximize enrollment in health coverage, and develop policy solutions to ensure health access for the uninsured for those not eligible for Insurance Affordability Programs.
