National Plan to End Gender-Based Violence

The U.S. National Plan to End Gender-Based Violence, released in 2023, is a first of its kind. This comprehensive, whole-of-government approach to ending domestic violence recognizes that systems work better when they work together in service of survivors and their families. Blue Shield of California Foundation and its partners contributed to the plan and look forward to helping implement it in California.
