Blue Shield of California Foundation, in partnership with Futures Without Violence, launched its Domestic Violence and Health Care Partnership (DVHCP) initiative in 2013 to promote collaboration between domestic violence (DV) and health organizations to improve systems of DV care in the safety net in California.
