National Approaches to Whole-Person Care in the Safety Net

This paper is the first in the series of two that looks at connecting social services, behavioral health, and primary care integration through the lens of “whole-person” care. It identifies policy solutions and proposes next steps for advancing this type of coordinated, connected care for California’s most vulnerable populations.
