Toward Equity-Focused & Community-Centered Multisector Collaborative Capacity

Since 2017, Blue Shield of California Foundation has invested in health-focused multisector collaboratives (MSC) in California. In 2022, we commissioned an evaluation study to understand MSCs’ potential to prevent domestic violence and advance health equity. This study draws from evaluation reports, issue briefs, and interviews with key stakeholders. The findings emphasize collaborative capacity and advocate for equity-focused, community-driven approaches to drive systems change.
